local pubs) to explore science, critical thinking, and rational inquiry over a friendly pint. Inspired by the
global 'Skeptics in the Pub' movement, we welcome
everyone — from curious newcomers to seasoned skeptics. No jargon, no preaching — just thoughtful conversation in
good company.
What is Scientific Skepticism?
Scientific skepticism is a method of evaluating claims based on empirical evidence and logical reasoning. It
involves questioning beliefs and ideas, testing them through observation and experiment, and maintaining an open
mind — ready to revise opinions as new evidence emerges.
